Penang Tour : Day 3 [Gurney Drive, Moo Cow Paragon, Pik Nik]

It's the third day of our Tour! 12/1/2013
Penang Tour : Day 1 [Lim Jetty, Meet Fresh, Sip & Chew]
Penang Tour : Day 2 [Komtar, Teo Chew Penang Road Cendol, Humble Beginnings Straits Quay, Seoul Garden Auto City]

decided to stop here to enjoy the wind and have some time relaxing. Gurney Drive. All was too blur cause slept at 3 and woke up at 9.

4 of us :D

they accompany me through ups and down during my Sem 1 and Sem 2. :). friendship bond gets closer and better. I'm glad to have them around. Facing this sem with them too! Sadly gonna leave to Sg Long soon :(

moved on to Moo Cow Paragon as I was craving for frozen yogurt. :X. I'm a big fan of Moo Cow and Tutti Frutti. :D

The 3 days was real great and awesome with them!

Penang Tour : Day 2 [Komtar, Teo Chew Penang Road Cendol, Humble Beginnings Straits Quay, Seoul Garden Auto City]

 

Second day of Penang Tour. Suki join us on this day, driver of the noon ;). Check out my Penang Tour : Day 1 if you haven't :).

went round around the town area and Komtar - Penang tallest building, which also represents Penang before fetch Xiao Han from Jetty. 11/1/2013

So our first stop and also our lunch, Teo Chew Penang Road Famous Cendol very near to komtar. you can have laksa there too!

This place is my dad's all time favourite place to eat cendol, been eating here since i was small. I've tried cendol from different places but still this is my favourite :D. There are 2 stall, don't get to the wrong one, go the one with photo of Phua Chu Kang. haha

 Straits Quay the next stop. Chiao Lyn, Me, Suki :D.

rushed back to Suki's house to drop her car, totally afraid that Penang Bridge will be jam and we ended up stuck there for hours.

Since we are in Butterworth, decided to dine in at Seoul Garden Auto City. My second time to Seoul Garden.

always love steamboat because i can take all i can, eat all i can and eat how long i like. :D. imma growing sideway. :X

Penang Tour : Day 1 [Lim Jetty, Meet Fresh, Sip & Chew]

4 days before back to Kampar to start our new trimester, my Penang's friends in UTAR and I manage to make our Ipoh friend, Chiao Lyn to come Penang for a 3days 3nights Penang Tour. main purpose to hunt for penang food :D *don't count the last day cause it's the day we have to come back to kampar :(* Planned this tour months ago and we Penang Lang are more excited than her. She is too picky for food that we ended up plan for ourselves :X

She reached Penang on Thursday morning, 10/1/2013 waited for Xiao Han then we were going around without any clue of where to go until we officially stopped at Lim Jetty, our first stop.
I bet most of you are familiar with those Sir Name Jetty in Penang especially Chew Jetty. My friend stay at Lim Jetty there. Seriously, the place is so amazing with beautiful scenery, but nowadays only left old peoples there, youngster usually wouldn't want to stay at such kampung house anymore. Hopefully those place can remain, oh history.

Sip & Chew Cafe. found it when we were going around the heritage town. Find them at 72, Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling, very near to Guan Yin Temple. A cozy cafe for your leisure time. Chilling, relaxing, gossiping. :D

oh, a list of dream place to go. :D

not forgetting the purpose we are there. Our Dinner - Bolognese Spaghetti. RM9

personally i think that the price is reasonable and it's delicious, loving the tomato taste spaghetti :D. hopefully it won't disappoint you. :)

if you love a simple quiet small place to chill with friends, here is definitely a good choice :D

Jiao Sai & Post Cafe

It's such a weird thing that it's time for my friends to start their new semester but my trimester break just starts :X.

Luckily I still manage to kidnap my Xuan out to watch a movie and hunt for nice food. :P. Back on 3rd of Jan, dropped by Queensbay Mall to watch CZ12 after we had our dinner at her house. So we decided to search for Jiao Sai as our supper after movie :)

Very tasty maggi goreng :P. Fyi, Jiao Sai is Bird Shit in hokkien (新鸟鸟粪). It's the name of the place, and if not mistaken, the Jiao Sai stand for the egg that they fry which looks like bird shit. It's right opposite Yes Hotel, search for Yes Hotel in google map to get your way there. :)

told yea the egg looks like bird shit. It's RM6 something for normal one and RM4 something for small *sorry couldn't exactly remember the price of it*

The dinner set was worth it. Comes along with mushroom soup, garlic bread, Ice lemon tea and ice cream :D. We waited for 15min and our food are here!
